Dear Parents and Carers 

During Term 4 our Prep - Year 3 students will take part in swimming lessons at the Flying Fish Swim School. As your child is in Prep we would like you to complete a survey on your child’s current swimming ability.

All children will be tested at the start of the program and grouped according to their skill level. By completing this survey it will give Flying Fish Swim School instructors an opportunity to speed up the process and get children into the correct swimming groups.

If possible please complete this survey by Tuesday 5 October 2021.
